Exposition Playmobils en Baie de Somme

From April 18 to 22, 2026, in Noyelles-sur-Mer, the Fête de la Vapeur 2026 inaugurates a new event for the general public: the Playmobil Festival, a not-to-be-missed event for families, children and fans of miniature worlds, organized by the Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme (CFBS). Set up under a big top at Noyelles-sur-Mer station, this festival is part of the Fête de la Vapeur?s Festival Off program, and offers a fun, creative and educational immersion in the world of trains, travel and the imaginary. A unique Playmobil® festival in the Baie de Somme This Festival features a dozen spectacular dioramas, created with a wealth of detail, showcasing a variety of worlds around the central railway theme. Visitors can discover The Baie de Somme and its train, a western world, Paris in the Belle Époque, a cinema world, the D-Day landing beaches... Each diorama tells a story accessible to all audiences, combining discovery, imagination and transmission. Activities and games for children Designed as a 100% family event, the Playmobil® Festival offers a wide range of games and activities for children of all ages. - Playmobil® games and fun activities: coloring, games of skill, goose game, soccer game, go-karting with dice... - Train and travel games: board games, puzzles, railway games library - Free creative space: A vast area is dedicated to free play and imagination, with large crates filled with wooden trains and Playmobil® figurines, enabling children to invent their own railway stories and networks. Animated films and moments of relaxation Throughout the day, animated films are shown to provide calm and convivial moments, perfectly suited to the youngest visitors. These screenings complement the entertainment and allow families to alternate between dynamic activities and moments of relaxation. Outdoor "live steam" animation (Free access) Every afternoon, the Playmobil® Festival offers an outdoor live steam animation, particularly popular with children and parents alike! From 1:30 to 5:30 pm, visitors can discover how live steam locomotives, real working scale models, work. These miniature machines, powered by real steam, run in the open air and offer a hands-on, fun and educational approach to the world of railways.
