With basket under arm, Hubert, our naturopath, takes us to the heart of the Baie d'Authie for a discovery, picking and tasting of the bay?s plants, punctuated by information on their benefits. The guide will also bring along delicious drinks made with plants from the Baie d'Authie. Enjoy the surprising flavors and invigorating, iodized taste of the bay! An ideal outing to take a deep breath of fresh air, discover the plants of the seaside and, above all, learn how to cook them simply to bring out all their flavors. Equipment required: a pair of boots, old sneakers or walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a snack and a bottle of water. A minimum of 6 people must register for the walk. Otherwise, the guided tour will be cancelled the day before the service is due to take place, and the latter will be reimbursed.
