Program : - 10:00 am: Departure from the former Point P premises in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme for a lamb transhumance followed by an outing on the Baie de Somme. - 12:30 pm: Meal 25? per person (reservation essential, limited number of places): Kir, Terrine d'agneau, Grilled lamb with French fries, Tommes de brebis, Grilled with apples. Catering available without reservation: chips/merguez (100% ewe's milk) - 1:00 pm: Musical entertainment All day: local market, photo exhibition, sheep-shearing demonstration, sheep-dog demonstration, ram exhibition and sale.
