Abbaye de Saint-Riquier

Saint-Riquier abbey church is archetypal of a variety of Gothic periods. Its Flamboyant façade is richly sculpted, the statuary inside is one of the finest exponents of Picardy art, and the furniture from the 17th Century, and wrought iron stalls and gates, add to its appeal. The most amazing attraction, however, is the Treasure room and its beautifully kept 16th-century wall paintings.
